I ran away to sea (for the second time) from the office routine of an accountancy position to sail and cook in 1996.
It took me a few years to accomplish this after spending too much time as a Chief Stewardess - with sous Chef tendancies - on every manner of vessel from mega yachts to small yachts. Sail and motor.
But for the last 6 years I have been freelancing mainly as a sailing cook. From 10 day charters with international guests to Atlantic crossings with the crew to cater for.
Whilst living in the Caribbean I have been cooking for Villa charter guests on land during the off season in Antigua.
